Our Story

Motha Goose Foundation, Inc was created out of a deep passion and concerns for Veterans, children, and local communities. Our organization grew from the belief that both youth and Veterans deserve strong support systems that gives them a newness to help them thrive and pour back into communities. 

For young people, the journey to adulthood can feel uncertain. They face challenges in confidence, identity, and leadership. At the same time, many Veterans face their own challenges as they transition back into civilian life — searching for community, connection, and purpose.

At Motha Goose Foundation, we bring these two groups together. Through mentorship, workshops, and community programs, we help youth grow from the inside out while giving Veterans opportunities to share their wisdom, experiences, and resilience.

What began as a vision of empowering individuals has become a movement of building bridges — between generations, between experiences, and between communities. Every story we touch is a step toward creating a world where young leaders rise, Veterans feel supported, and communities grow stronger together.
